Help Shape the Future of Construction
Volunteer with buildHER and help create real exposure, confidence, and opportunity.
What You Do
Your Impact Matters
Volunteers are at the core of buildHER. From guiding hands-on projects to supporting campers throughout the day, you’re helping shape the experience. Many students have never been exposed to careers in construction, engineering, or design.
As a volunteer, you help change that.
You’re giving them:
- Confidence to try something new
- Exposure to real career paths
- A sense of connection and belonging in the AEC industry
